Our grape salad with nuts is a wonderful way to cool off on a hot day. In general, we can’t get enough of salads in summer. What else goes into our bowl? Clearly, a fresh cucumber salad with roasted walnuts and fennel. Other candidates are the fruity rocket salad with avocado, mango and mozzarella and the refreshing quinoa and spinach salad with Asian dressing .

The great thing about salads is that we can vary the quantities and ingredients. For example, you can fold in salmon or grate fresh Parmesan over it. And the salad has a different twist and more flavors. Salads are real all-rounders – not just because they are served in round bowls or plates.

And because summer is almost here, we are presenting other light and attractive salads that taste delicious in the picture gallery.
